StratEdge Ventures respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya.

What we collect

When you request a quote, open a support ticket, apply for a trade account or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, delivery location, business details and the content of your messages.

Why we use it

To reply to you, prepare quotations, process and deliver orders, handle warranty claims and manage trade accounts. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.

Where it is kept

Messages and requests are stored securely with our hosting provider and email service. Only StratEdge staff who handle orders and support can see them. We keep records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and legal duties.

Cookies and storage

The site stores your quote list and open support ticket in your own browser so they are there when you return. We count visits in a simple way that does not identify you, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email us at and we will respond within 14 days.
